The ST01 7-Day Programmable Timer is a highly versatile digital timer designed for applications requiring simple or complex ON/OFF schedules across a wide range of load types. Orders are typically delivered within two to eleven business days. The transit time begins the first full shipping day after your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery to remote locations, additional fees may apply.

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO STANDARD SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • A signature may be required for shipments over $500.
  • No weekend delivery.
  • Wire & cable, EMT or PVC conduit, tube lamps 4ft or greater, and 10ft ground rods & mast pipes have special conditions.

Returns

Defective Items:

  • If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the defect.

Non-Defective Items:

  • We do not accept returns for non-defective items. All sales are final once the product is shipped or ordered from the manufacturer. In certain circumstances we may amend this so feel free to contact our customer service team.

Return Process

Authorization:

  • Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Backordered items can not be cancelled if the item is in transit from the manufacturer, contact us to review.

Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Condition:

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned damaged due to improper packaging or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within [7] business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
