Polaris Grey Multi-Tap Connectors form secure connections between multiple fine-stranded wire conductors, with a rounded design and UV-resistant insulation coating. Installs with a hex key and torque wrench, no need for cover and taping.

One-Side Wire Entry: Form secure connections between 2 conductors quickly using the single-side entry ports sized for wires between 6 and 14 AWG

Fine-Stranded Wires: Specially designed to splice fine-stranded, flexible and extra-flexible copper conductors, including DLO cable and motor lead wires

Ergonomic Design: Rounded corners and a smooth exterior finish over the plastisol insulation make Polaris connectors comfortable to grip

Removable Plugs: Each port and adjustable set screw is covered by a secure plug to prevent debris, moisture or contaminants from entering the insulated connector

Pre-filled Oxide Inhibitor: Both single-side entry ports come pre-filled with an oxide inhibitor gel to prevent corrosion and provide low-contact resistance.

Orders are typically delivered within two to eleven business days. The transit time begins the first full shipping day after your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery to remote locations, additional fees may apply.

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO STANDARD SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • A signature may be required for shipments over $500.
  • No weekend delivery.
  • Wire & cable, EMT or PVC conduit, tube lamps 4ft or greater, and 10ft ground rods & mast pipes have special conditions.

Returns

Defective Items:

  • If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the defect.

Non-Defective Items:

  • We do not accept returns for non-defective items. All sales are final once the product is shipped or ordered from the manufacturer. In certain circumstances we may amend this so feel free to contact our customer service team.

Return Process

Authorization:

  • Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Backordered items can not be cancelled if the item is in transit from the manufacturer, contact us to review.

Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Condition:

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned damaged due to improper packaging or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within [7] business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
